Nominees

If, from March 9, 2016 through September 20, 2016, both dates inclusive, you held Dangdang ADS (or exchanged your Dangdang ADS for Class A shares) and tendered/cancelled Dangdang Securities in exchange for the consideration in the Merger that closed on September 20, 2016 for the beneficial interest of a person or entity other than yourself, the Tribunal has directed that, WITHIN TEN (10) CALENDAR DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF THIS NOTICE, you either:

  1. provide to the Claims Administrator the name and last known address of each person or entity for whom or which you held and/or tendered/cancelled Dangdang Securities during such time period or
  2. request additional copies of this Notice Packet, which will be provided to you free of charge, and within ten (10) calendar days mail the Notice Packet directly to the beneficial owners of the Dangdang Securities.

If you are providing a list of names, addresses and emails to the Claims Administrator:

  1. Compile a list of names, last known addresses and email addresses of the beneficial owners that held Dangdang ADS (or exchanged your Dangdang ADS for Class A shares) from March 9, 2016 through September 20, 2016, both dates inclusive, and tendered/cancelled Dangdang Securities in exchange for the consideration in the Merger that closed on September 20, 2016.
  2. Prepare the list in Microsoft Excel format using the template for submitting mailings data here. Failure to use this template may delay the submission of the mailing data.
  3. Then do one of the following:
    1. Burn the Microsoft Excel file(s) to a CD or DVD and mail the CD or DVD to:

    2. Email the spreadsheet to Info@DangDangSecuritiesSettlement.com.
      3. Or
    3. Log in to EpiqFiling to submit the completed template.

Expense Reimbursement:

Reimbursement from the Settlement Fund of your reasonable out-of-pocket expenses actually incurred in connection with the foregoing of up to: $0.10 per Notice Packet, plus postage at the current pre-sort rate used by the Claims Administrator, for Notice Packets mailed by nominees; or $0.10 per mailing record and email address provided to the Claims Administrator. Expenses will be paid upon request and submission of appropriate supporting documentation and timely compliance with the above directives. Please submit your invoice within one month of completing the mailing or providing your file and send it to Info@DangDangSecuritiesSettlement.com. Be sure to include the case name and “Reimbursement” in the subject line of your email.
